Beautiful job Pete!  Being that this work was being done on my Southold summer home and not my primary residence, I was a bit worried about not being there every day to see the progress.   However, after day 1, I knew I had nothing to worry about.  The daily pics of the progress, and the quick response of my texts, quickly put my mind at ease.  The job came out better than I had ever expected.  You are a true professional and insanely meticulous in your work.  I have no worries moving forward with phase 2 sometime this year.  You've been a pleasure to deal with, and again, I'm so happy with the end result.

Pete recently built a 2000 square foot bathroom/laundry/lounge building for us from start to finish. It was not a simple project for a variety of reasons and Pete did an absolutely superior job in all respects.  He did what he said he would do when he said he would do it - everytime - and went beyond the call of duty from the early planning stages to continuing to provide help and service when the project was complete. Pete is an amazing,skilled, knowledgable, professional organized, neat worker. He built our pool house in a matter of no time.      We decided to expand our house by adding a second floor. After identifying the proper design with our architect, it was time to find our General Contractor. Pete was referred to me by a cousin who had worked with him previously. I added him to the bidder's list and ultimately selected him.  

      From the outset, Pete was flexible and attentive to my needs. He is a true master carpenter and freely shared his opinions on the project. We didn't always agree, but he took the time to fully explain both sides of issues we encountered. If he didn't know the subject matter, he would take the time to gather facts to enlighten us both. 

      After the project started, I threw him a curve-ball by adding a redesign of the first floor to the project. Pete worked with me to accommodate the new changes and stayed focused on the end goal. Pete was a true advocate during the entire project.

      The finished product is impressive. We continue to receive compliments on the high caliber construction and attention to detail from Pete's work. Overall, we are happy with the results and would recommend Pete to anyone in need of a quality builder.
